How do I get started?

First and foremost, visit our offered services page (as stated above). After the project details has been submitted, we will assign our professional aerial photographers and set a date for the shoot with the most ideally and most skillful operators for the job.

How long will it take to get my footage?

After the project details has been submitted, we will email you within two days to set the date of the shoot. It will take 2-5 days after the shoot to get your compiled footage.

Who will fly the drone for my shoot?

Images By Air will assure that we will assign the most proficient and qualified Drone Pilot with FAA Certificate at all times.

What do I do on the day of the shoot?

Nothing! All you need to do is ask for an authorization from the property owner before the start of the shoot.

CAN YOU FLY AT NIGHT?

Yes. We have been specifically approved by the FAA to fly anytime day or night. We have all the equipment and personnel trained to accomplish this delicate task.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

We are fully certified and insured Commercial Aerial Pilots with authorization to fly anywhere within the United States - with the exception of prohibited airspace. We provide all aspects of the deliverable from initial shoot to final cut of the production video or photography. Your footage will be professionally edited and reviewed according to your preference and expected quality of output.

Also, hiring a non-certified pilot can cost more than you expect. According to the FAA, for each incident, you would be fined up to $11,000 and the non-certified pilot will be held for $1.100 as well.

WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE COVER?

Our policy covers the normal concerns of potential damages but also protects against privacy concerns.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

Absolutely! We will only ask for a deposit to cover our expenses but you will not pay for the images until you are completely satisfied.
